Does any talk of environmental issues instantly put you to sleep? Exile Room is here to change your mind! With a little help from animation instructor Babis Alexiadis, everything you know about saving the planet springs into motion in a short film about easy, everyday practices that can make a big difference. Participants will experiment with audio recordings, pixilation and stop motion animation in a 2-day workshop that will surely make them fall in love with planet earth. No prior audiovisual experience necessary. Equipment will be provided by the organisers.
The workshop is designed for teenagers aged 12-17 years old and requires no prior experience. Participation is free of charge. All you have to do is reserve your spot by calling 26510 83942 between 10am and 2pm (ask for Ms Mara Semertzoglou).
After the end of the workshop, the instructor will edit the video and upload it onto vimeo, so everyone can share it with their friends & family.
